Balanced Body and Wellness will help you achieve the quality of life you deserve through injury prevention, fall prevention, strength, and balance training.

Convenience is an important quality in order to make fitness a priority in our lives. By providing in-home personal training, you get the privacy of your home with the benefits of a professional studio. I will bring the equipment to you, and what ever space you have can be used to get an amazing workout.

Equipment includes but not limited to, kettle bells, dumbbells, resistance bands, battle ropes, Bosu balance trainer, and gliding discs. I will customize your workout for your specific wants and needs.

Balance Training in your home or residence allows me to assess and assist you where you live, prevent a fall before it happens, or reduce your fear of falling again. You can lengthen your time of independent living, whether that means being able to stay in your own home, or being able to complete every day activities safely and successfully.

I care about guiding and encouraging every client to achieve and even surpass their goals. From the athlete to the sedentary older adult, a combination of balance and strength training will help you reach the change you desire of functional fitness for life. I strive to help people become a better version of themselves while giving them confidence.

Change can be in the form of muscle and endurance development, or the ability to complete every day tasks without the fear of failing. The difference will be real on the inside and out!

  • Balanced Body and Wellness represents over 15 years of Experience in the fitness industry.
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
  • Certified Group Exercise Instructor (YMCA and ACE), 15 years experience.
  • Pilates Certified (NETA and YMCA), 3 years experience.
  • Pre and Post natal care certified.
  • Personal Training Certification with National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). Thirteen years experience.
  • I have specialized additional training in Balance, utilizing the Fall Proof methods.

All of the training has given me knowledge, but my client retention of over ten years gives proof to the effectiveness of my skills.


My love for fitness started on a military base 16 years ago (Ft Huachuca, AZ). After taking classes and clearly loving them, I was asked to teach, so I got my certification and began. This started a passion for me; I looked forward everyday to motivating people and getting them enthused to exercise. Getting members to be excited and have fun getting fit has continued to be my goal throughout my profession.

I love what I do, and it shines through every day to my clients and class participants.

I have participated in many races with clients, helping them reach their goals, and then motivating them to the finish line.

In my free time, I love running, hiking, yoga, and strength training. Outside of exercise, my passion is cooking. Creating delicious food that is also nutritious is so much fun. My family and friends agree!
